Implementation is the work of the person you’ve delegated to. So, primarily this step of the delegation process is time for them to execute the plan. Do these things to help them be successful:
- Keep your regular check-in times, especially initially.
- Be aware of the reasonable, allowable, margin for error (RAME).
- When you’re asked for help, give it. A big job of a manger is to help the people on your team to be successful.
