I was “thrown under the bus” by my boss – basically demoted – even though I have tons of documentation showing I was doing a great job. Of course it was political, but I won’t get into that here. I’ve had a long history with this boss and all my evaluations, merit raises etc. over the last three years were stellar. Now I’m just trying to recover.
