Dave leads the Carnegie Coach team and hosts the Carnegie Coach podcast. He is also a curator of the weekly success profiles that Carnegie Coach community members receive each week.
For more than a decade, Dave has served as a senior Dale Carnegie instructor and worked with thousands of clients as a trainer and coach. He’s received international recognition from Dale Carnegie Training for business growth and has served the organization in several capacities, including program management, training and facilitation, business development, and strategic planning.
In addition to his role with Carnegie Coach, Dave provides active leadership to longstanding client relationships including the Northrop Grumman Corporation and the United States Air Force.
Dave holds a doctoral degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University and is an adjunct professor at Vanguard University, instructing graduate courses in leadership, education, and technology. He also hosts the popular Coaching for Leaders podcast, a top rated career podcast on iTunes.
Recently, Dave was named in Forbes as one of the 25 Professional Networking Experts to Watch in 2015.
Nathan graduated from the Dale Carnegie Course in August of 1980, when his father, who is a franchise owner and has been teaching Dale Carnegie programs for more than 35 years, created a special class just for kids in Detroit, Michigan. At the time he was the youngest graduate on record.
In 2000 Nathan came to work for Dale Carnegie in Washington state. Between 2000-2010, he led the company 3 times and nationally 6 times, graduating nearly 5000 individuals in Dale Carnegie Courses. This effort made The Boeing Company the number one client of Dale Carnegie Training worldwide. He worked both in Commercial Airplanes and Integrated Defense Systems, with both hourly and salaried employees.
In 2011, he moved to Mumbai India and worked as a Certified Local Training Director to improve the training function working across India as well as acting in sales support assisting in key client acquisition.
Nathan recently moved to Los Angeles to once again impact the aerospace industry and is also a regular contributor to the Carnegie Coach team. He has a degree in Economics from Hillsdale College. He enjoys mountaineering, travel writing, urban aerobic exercise, international film and cuisine. He holds a special passion for the Dale Carnegie curriculum.

Vicki is both a Dale Carnegie trainer and the Online Marketing Manager for Carnegie Coach. Before joining Dale Carnegie, Vicki ran her own coaching business and also worked in a wide range of corporate positions in the fields of talent acquisition, training, and leadership development.
With a background in psychology she is not only qualified in various cognitive and behavioral training and assessment techniques but has in-depth knowledge of the key psychological tools and processes required to enable individuals to thrive and achieve incredible results both for themselves and for their organizations.
